30-day Yoga Challenge 

 

Breath in breath out. Move with the breath! This is most important. Breath in breath out. Taking a few breath in a pose, pausing and listening to your breathing. Keep the eyes focussed on a few points as you move. BREATH - FOCUS - BREATH - FOCUS and watch what comes up, watch the conversations and notice those in the movement of your body, and when they shift and move watch that as well. And after a while your practice will transform. Some days will be easy and some hard, just keep going and pass through it.
