When the sun shines around the clock life vibrates in the north: the 1000s of birds revive the coasts, the vegetation is in full bloom and the sun warms the land. On hikes we discover the diversity of Icelandic nature and sense her power during our yoga sessions.

 During this powerful retreat Amy will introduce you to many linages of yoga during our morning practice. Her teaching style is dynamic , practical, well thought out and deeply peaceful. She will be touching on Ashtanga, Yin and Classical Hatha.

Accommodation
You will live in our or partner apartments in Akureyri and enjoy a great deal of comfort. You have access to the private hot tub.
We offer double rooms and a single rooms if available.

Yoga
The yoga units are taught by Amy Kokoszka. 
The daily yoga practice is 2-3 hours and takes place indoors for 2 hours with an opportunity to also practice in nature for an hour. In case of bad weather, we return indoors.

Hiking
The hikes go through the diverse landscapes of North Iceland. The duration varies between 3-5 hours and takes place in a technically simple level. A guide will accompany you on all tours.

Meals
Breakfast can be prepared in the well equipped kitchen in each apartment. For lunch you should always have a small lunch box set, since we are on tours. Dinner is held each night at a local restaurant or cafe.

Transportation
We offer all transport for the program, starting with the pickup at Akureyri airport.
